What does the name L1FT mean, anyway?

L1FT is not an acronym. And it is not pronounced “L one foot,” as so many amateur comedians seem to be fond of stating. It is pronounced “lift,” and it is meant to symbolize a group of people coming together as one (hence the 1) to lift up God and each other.

Where and when does L1FT take place?

L1FT is part of The Pentecostals of Bossier City, which is located at 2833 VIking Drive, just east of Airline High School. L1FT services are held behind the church in the Family Life Center at 7:35 every Wednesday night.
